“I did my own hair and makeup because I wanted to keep it simple and minimal,” Naimal Khawar revealed in an Instagram post.

Wearing her mom’s bridal outfit for her nikkah with Hamza Ali Abbasi, Naimal Khawar decided to style herself without any professional assistance. Woah! Were you aware of that?

The better half of Hamza Ali Abbasi and the former actor Naimal Khawar Khan appears to receive a great deal of attention recently after she took the nation by storm with her easy nuptial.

It’s no wonder with her timeless beauty that Naimal chose to wear the wedding dress of her mother and made her look lovely. With slight alterations from the designer Maheen Shah, the Anaa actor looked regal in her mother’s dress.

The kameez had been made with tassels, which, according to Maheen, they chose to hold the dupatta and the lehnga as it was and to carry it out by making the kamdaani kameez gold.

The former actress in an Instagram post disclosed that she was prepared without the assistance of a hair designer and make-up artist.

Also talking a bit about nikkah ensemble, she said, “The moment I realised I’m getting married, I knew I wanted to wear my Amma’s nikkah jora. I have always been drawn to old world charm and the nazakat of bridal joras back in the day. There is also a certain emotional attachment that comes with wearing you mother’s jora.”

She gave the designer a shout-out for her to upgrade the outfit: “Maheen Shah helped me alter it exactly the way I wanted it, preserving its delicacy and purity but also creating something that looks good on me. Having worn it, I can say it was easily the best decision I made.”

The new bride chose to make up simple, which we believe was her best look. Khawar disclosed in her post that she made her make-up, radiating fresh, glowing skin with flushed cheeks and near-necked eyes.

“I also did my own hair and makeup because I wanted to keep it simple and minimal,” she continued. “Your wedding day is supposed to be a happy day that you can truly enjoy. It’s okay if you don’t want to wear the heaviest jewellery and would rather keep it a little light.”

Khawar combined the whole look with some rosey gajras and some jewelry from her mom. The pink flowers stood out against the light gold Jora, and a timeless look was created by the delicate jewelry. We’re sure to enjoy her look!

On Sunday the 25th of August, Hamza and Naimal tied the knot in the lovely Nikkah Ceremony, followed by a reception on Monday. We wish a happy married life to the couple!
