Here are some recipes for some food items that you would love to make.
Recipe No. 1:
Ribs of a Goat:
- One full rack of rib of a goat
- 6 to 7 lemons or according to your own taste
- 6 to 7 green chilies
- 3 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black cumin
- Half piece of ginger
- 4 to 5 slices of ginger
- 3 to 4 spoons of olive oil
Take a bowl and add the lemon juice, salt, black cumin and olive oil in it. Make a paste of ginger, garlic and chilies and put in the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients and apply on to the rib and let sit for 7 hours maximum.
There are two ways to make it, either on grill or in the oven which takes an hour and 45 min per pound respectively.
If you make it on the grill, keep cooking it until tender, add small amount of water (approximately 1 spoon), if it starts sticking on to the surface.
Change sides time by time and at the end cover it up with a lid for some time so it can cook from within.
This is the final look of the cooked rib. Serve hot with tortillas and beverages.
