Here’s a very simple and easy way to make strong tea at home.
Take a pan and add the required amount of water according to the number of people present (in case you are using dry milk, I’d prefer dry milk for better taste i.e. Everyday).
Let the water boil till bubbles appear.
Add spoons of sugar according to the water. 1 spoon for 2 cups of water, 2 spoons for 4 cups of water and so on. Let it simmer.
This is optional, in case if someone likes it this way. You can add cardamom, cinnamon and clove. Reduce the heat and let it simmer.
The main and most important ingredient is tea, which gives the KADAKNESS to the CHAYE. For 2 cups, add 4 spoons of tea, for 4 cups, add 6 spoons of tea and let it boil.
Tea comes in various forms. It depends on you which one you use.
Last but not the least step. Add dry milk accordingly. For 2 cups add 6 spoons of milk and for 4 cups 12 and so on.
Let the mixture simmer on the stove for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn the stove off, strain the tea in to the cups and serve hot with cookies and snacks.
