Those consumers who do so are more likely to have a balanced diet that those who wakes up late in the morning. Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper

Take dinner atleast four hour before going to bed

You will be amazed to know that, it takes minimum of 6 hours to digest the lunch that we took. This can vary from individual to individual. Taking dinner at least 4 hours before going to bed may help you in weight loss. The reason behind this is, when you are going to sleep you dinner is half way on its digestion process. During sleep, your stomach will be empty and your body will utilize your stored fats and glucose to make energy in order to perform different body functions. Drink plenty of water

Make at least 12 -16 glasses of water. Water is 100% calorie free. It helps you burn your calories. Water can suppress your appetite especially if you consume it before meals in good quantity.

Exercise

I am not asking to do spend your precious hours in exercise. Exercise could be anything that increases your cardiac output and heart rate. It could be climbing stairs also. Try to spend at least 30 minutes of your valuable time in doing some workout. You can even go to grocery by walk. This can be a 30 minutes good exercise.
