Summer is here and it’s time to start getting ready for long days, hot weather and new menus. Being on top of your health and beauty regime before the time comes is an excellent way to get the most out of summer. So here we are with our summer tips to survive this scorching heat!
Hotter days are just around the corner, which means it won’t be long ‘til you’re spending hours on end in a lawn dresses. If the last couple of months have been filled with lazy days and comfort foods it’s time for a diet and fitness pre-summer reboot. Making sound food choices is far easier if you’re in control of what you’re eating. This means one of the simplest changes to improve your body by summer is to cut out all manner of calorific-drinks such as soft drinks, bottled juices, and milky coffees. Natural food-based skincare is where it’s at. Go light on makeup
You wouldn’t wear winter sweaters and tights in the summer, so why would you continue to wear your cold-weather makeup when the temperature starts to rise? The products you use most of the year won’t necessarily hold up to the extra oil and sweat your body produces in the summer, so it only makes sense to adapt your routine to the changing weather conditions. Nobody wants to see you cakey face, going natural and going light on cosmetics is the way to go in summers!
White is your best friend
